For carrying out of development activities of any nature are the exclusive property of Ros Industrie and can only be used for the projects that have been agreed with Ros Industrie The customer is responsible for any losses, damage or destruction of the information. The customer may not copy or reproduce the documents in any way nor may he transfer or consent to their use by any third party.

Regarding the above mentioned files the customer must:

• Register them and identify them as property of Ros Industrie.
• Keep and use them with maximum care.
• Not move them out of their premises without prior written authorization by Ros Industrie.
• Not to assign them to third parties nor to use them in any form of collateral.
• Not utilize them or permit their use for any scope other than that agreed with Ros Industrie.
• Return them to Ros Industrie. upon request.
